FINE GRANDFATHER’S CLOCK BY “ELLIOTT, LONDON”. Mahogany with an old finish and elaborate carvings. Engraved brass detail on the face with brass weights, nine chimes featuring Westminster & Whittington. Man in the moon dial. Paw feet with a molded base and waist. A shell panel on the lower case with reeded pilasters and beveled glass panes on the front and sides. Pierced fretwork panels on either side of the bonnet with reeding around the top and a broken arch crest with finials. Glued restoration to base. 105″h.
