Three Figural Cherubic Novelty Clocks, all in cast white metal with gilded finish, enameled dials having Arabic numerals and 8-day spring driven brass movements, including Charmer (Duy Ly, 2001: 496, fig. 1863) from Waterbury with flue player and owl, 6″ x 4″ x 6″ high, PLUS one with standing cherub on right flank, marked on back The Jennings Brothers MFG Co./Bridgeport, Conn., U.S.A., with threaded key, 5.5″ x 4.5″ x 8.25″ high, AND another with dial having Jennings Brothers monogram and back stamped Benedict MFG Co., as above with two flanking cherubs with wings, 6.25″ x 3.25″ x 10.25″ high.
Condition report
All with minor wear to finish, 1st with gold painted finish, 3rd with bronzed finish.
