A 19th Century Marble & Bronze Figural Clock Set. The clock mounted in a fluted marble column festooned in garlands of gilt bronze roses with a brown patinated figural of the infant Psyche in billowing gilt drapes bearing a flaming torch stood alongside. The candelabra in the form of cherubs holding sprays of scrolling roses; the blooms forming candle cups, 18 ins (46 cms) in height. The bronzes signed Aug. Moreau.
