Grand Sonnerie and Petite Sonnerie Repeating Carraige Clock with Calendar and Alarm, also having a silent selection, the case having overall floral and scroll decoration, the porcelain dial having Roman chapters, over three smaller porcelain dials indicating the day of the week, alarm hour choice and day of the month, 5 3/4″ case heigth.

Condition report

1.) Are there any makers marks, names or numbers on the movement or dial?
Answer: None that we can see.
2.) Is the clock working, both going and the grand sonnerie striking trains?
Answer: The clock is working and comes with a 1-year warranty from the clock restorer
who is cleaning the clock.
3.) Does the platform escapement appear to be original?
Answer: Yes
4.) What is the condition of the gilding?
Answer: I would estimate the gilding to be 90-95%
5.) Are there any cracks on the porcelain dials?
Answer: Two of the three smaller porcelain dials relating to the date and alarm do have
Hairline cracks that are visible in the attached images.
6.) How would you describe the quality of the engraving on the case?
Answer: High quality, good condition
7.) What is the condition of the mask?
Answer: If you are asking about the front area surrounding the dial, the condition is good.
8.) Are any of the bevelled glass panels chipped or cracked?
Answer: None that we can see.
