French Bronze Grand Sonnerie Carriage Clock, late 19th century, retailed by Tiffany & Co., with plain gorge case with top lifting handle, beveled glass panels to all four sides, face with subsidiary alarm dial, top with push repeater, base with lever for striking quarters only, striking on hours and quarters, and silent, ht. to handle 7 1/4 in.

Condition report

Clock is in very good condition; in working condition; likely restored or heavily cleaned with the works in very good shape, however, the exterior case has been strongly cleaned to the extent that there is little or no patina left to the surface; no maker’s mark, only the Tiffany retailer’s mark and a serial number 4158.
