Condition report
All items sold AS-IS with no guarantees in Variety auctions. It is the responsibility of all prospective bidders to ask for/obtain a condition report(if not provided just above) or to inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been restored. Conditions reports will be provided as a courtesy as quickly and as accurately as possible. NEW condition requests not received 48 hours prior to the start of an auction will not be answered. If an auction has two sessions, requests will stop being accepted 48 hours prior to the FIRST session. Questions will not be answered at all once the auction has begun.
