Victorian Walnut Cased Wall Clock. Deep stepped cornice with carved supports and half turnings on chamfered corners with layer molded base. Carved dial bezel and viewing glass framed door with reverse gilt lettering: “Jeweler, Marion, Ind.” above reverse painted bamboo and fishing scene with crane, signed “Starr.” Single weight mechanism of brass in a brass box and brass bezeled porcelain dial with roman numerals and second hand. Also a broad circular brass weight with lyre. Unmarked. 69 3/4″h. X 28″w. Condition: Good, small crack in bezel lens.
