Seth Thomas wall regulator clock, walnut, octagon top, weight driven time only movement with second hand, case in original untouched condition, citca late 19th c. 20″ x 41″ Label intact and legible, with slight fading/rubbing, and in typical configuration on interior of bottom case board.
Condition report
Case in original untouched condition, with at least one old varnish layer. Minor approx. 1 1/2″ vertical section of rubbing of finish at bottom right of pendulum box. There are two extremely small–approx. 1/8 inch–spots of veneer loss in two places on the sides of the octagonal case. The gesso gilt moulded band surrounding the glass of the pendulum panel is intact, but displays normal oxidation. All four stylized acorn pendants are original and undisturbed. Observed in working condition, but function of works not guaranteed.
