Condition report
Condition reports ARE NOT a part of the description for Variety sales items as each lot is sold “AS IS” and cataloguing may have taken place before a condition evaluation was completed. As such, it is the responsibility of all prospective bidders to ask for/obtain a condition report or inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been restored. Conditions reports will be provided as a courtesy as quickly and as accurately as possible, but existence of such reports does not supersede the ?AS IS? sale policy. NEW condition requests not received prior 12:00pm the day before the auction will not be answered. If an auction has two sessions, requests will stop being accepted at noon the day prior to the FIRST session. Questions will not be answered at all once the auction has begun.
