Mahogany Patent Looking Glass Wall Clock by Joseph Ives, Bristol, Connecticut, c. 1820, with scroll top, brass urn finials, full-length door with figured maple ogee scrolls flanking the reverse-painted tablet depicting a fanciful country scene, reeded columns flanking the looking glass and reverse-painted lower tablet with oval pendulum aperture, 7 1/4 in. painted iron dial with Roman numerals, painted interior and eight-day iron plated movement with brass wheels, roller pinions, two cast iron weights and long pendulum, (paint loss, top tablet cracked), ht. 56 1/4 in.

Condition: Old surface on case, period brass finials, all glass is original, paint loss on both tablets, upper glass cracked.
