Large and Rare Oak-Cased Wall Clock/Time Recorder, first quarter 20th century, by International Time Recording Company, the upper section a standard wall clock with a brass “moon” pendulum, the basal element a time-recording machine, the door with gilt eglomise lettering “Manufactured By/ International/ Time Recording Co.”, the time-recording machine with a cast-iron cover with bas-relief decoration, h. 48″, w. 17″, d. 10-1/2″.
Condition report
Large and Rare Oak-Cased Wall Clock/Time Recorder: In “as found” condition. The finish is rough and crazed. The cast-iron and metal elements are slightly rusted. The face has a paper dial which is peeling off. The pendulum and winding key are present. Overall dirty. Unsure of its running condition. Door lock intact but no key.
