Kroeber Clock Company, NY, in a walnut case with carved and turned decoration, 12 in. dia. glazed dial opening, paper on zinc dial with Roman numerals, lower glazed door and carved pediment below all housing an eight-day, spring powered time and strike movement marked with maker’s name, ht. 52 in.
Note: Reportedly this clock was purchased new by the Arlington Hotel, Kennebunk Port, Maine. A picture of the hotel accompanies the lot.
