German Walnut and Ebony-Lacquered Wooden Wall Clock, fourth quarter 19th century, in the Renaissance taste, the circular dial of ivory enamel with black chapters, retains the period brass pendulum of “moon” form, the arched cresting centered with a carved upright scallop shell, h. 32″, w. 15-1/2″, d. 8″.
