French Renaissance Revival Style Wall Clock,
early 20th c., the mahogany veneered case with glass front and sides is decorated with turned split columns over acorn drops surmounted by a crest having an applied classical bust flanked by acorn finials. The porcelain face is marked “Paris” and is marked with a “GB” crown and anchor, brass works, brass and porcelain pendulum, with key. 35.5″ x 14.5″ x 7″
Condition report
Some scrapes to the corners of the cornice, crest broken just above the classical bust and repaired with a vertical back brace, a small residue beneath the applied arch may indicate a missing applique.
