The round silvered dial measuring 11? ins (28 cms) in diameter; with seconds sweep, a chapter ring encircling an engraved centre ornamented with foliate scrolls & inscribed Tho.Lindall in a banner. The square hood decorated with gold lacquered scrolling ornamentation to the corners and having a carved scallop-edged pediment and gadrooned collar below. The flat-fronted baluster shaped case having a lip-moulded fall front door, 55 ins (140 cms) overall in length.
