This is a frame missing the clock. There are two pine-cone shaped hanging pendants on the frame and a larger one that is unattached (maybe to hang as pendulum from the clock?). The base of the frame on the front has been broken or cut out, as if to fit over something. It measures approx. 13.5 inches high x 11 inches wide. SHI $20.
