Transitional Split Column Shelf Clock, Williams, Orton, Prestons & Company, Farmington, Connecticut, the mahogany case with printed maker’s label, scroll top, split columns flanking the painted wooden dial with Roman numerals, looking glass in the midsection and painted glass below, all housing a thirty-hour time and strike weight-driven wooden movement, (columns now bronze painted, lower glass an old repaint), ht. 32 1/2 in.
