Mahogany Pillar and Scroll Shelf Clock, Erastus Hodges (1781-1847), Torrington, Connecticut, c. 1825-30, with printed maker’s label inside case and thirty-hour “east-west” wooden movement, period iron weights and pendulum, (imperfections), ht. 30 1/2, wd. 13 3/4 in.

Condition report

Condition: approximately 1 inch of object right scroll tip is restored, some blocking in base re-glued, original painted glass heavily in-painted and stabilized, weights, hands and finials appear to be original
