Jerome & Darrow Wood Works Shelf Clock: weight driven, time and bell striking with a 10 1/2″ original looking dial. The columns are stenciled and the mahogany and veneer case is topped with an eagle carved splat and stands on paw feet. Circa pre 1850. There is a stained interior label.
(There are no weight strings to test it. The dial and stenciling shows some wear. The door has some veneer problems, a toe on one foot is chipped.)
