, ebonized front door, lower black and gold glass, upper glazed opening over the painted zinc dial with Roman numerals and center opening revealing the Ives Patent, eight-day tin plate movement with roller pinions and “Squirrel-Cage” roller escapement, (losses on lower painted glass), ht. 17 3/4 in.
