H.W. Gilbert Chester Ct Shelf Clock, 30-hour time and strike, weight-driven, wooden works. Painted wooden dial, Arabic numerals, rose and leaf spandrels. Mahogany case with stenciled half columns, plain scroll-cut splat, flanked by plain plinths. Nice replaced tablet with farmstead and bronzed fruit and leaf surround. Cleaned original finish and paper label. 17.6″ wide x 5.2″ deep x 26.9″ high.
