Federal mahogany pillar and scroll shelf clock

e. terry and sons, plymouth, connecticut, second quarter 19th century

Of typical form with wooden works, brass ball and spire center finial flanked by two acorn finials, painted face, white with gold and red decoration, Roman numeral chapter ring in black, eglomise panel below of buildings at a bend in a river, on slender bracket feet.
