scrolling pediment surmounted by three brass finials, over divided glazed door with upper section covering painted dial with Arabic numerals; lower part with architectural eglomise panels, flanked by colonettes and ending on a shaped base with spurred feet; bearing label Eli & Samuel Terry , Plymouth Connecticut. Condition report
Repair to left hand scroll of pediment, repair to molding where upper pivot point inserts, good repairs to skirt. 20% of the landscape and 10% of the reverse-painted panel has bubbling, flaking, and inpainting. Dial is a painted wooden panel with some crazing. Veneer chip back right of crown, 1/2
