scrolling pediment surmounted by three brass finials, over divided glazed door with upper section covering painted dial with Arabic numerals; lower part with architectural eglomise panels, flanked by colonettes and ending on a shaped base with spurred feet; bearing label Eli & Samuel Terry , Plymouth Connecticut. (Small areas of repair, with flaking to painted panel)

Condition report

Repair to left hand scroll of pediment, repair to molding where upper pivot point inserts, good repairs to skirt. 20% of the landscape and 10% of the reverse-painted panel has bubbling, flaking, and inpainting. Dial is a painted wooden panel with some crazing. Veneer chip back right of crown, 1/2
