A mahogany three paneled shelf clock labeled by E.C. Brewster of Bristol, Connecticut (ca 1836-1839). This features a looking glass mounted below the wood dial flanked by full columns all above a base with a reverse painted panel. The cases to these clocks were designed by Elias Ingraham, the movements designed by Charles Kirk
