BIEDERMEIER PORTICO SHELF CLOCK, German, c. 1820. A cylindrical movement case is suspended between alabaster columns and under a floral shadowbox crest with mother-of-pearl inlays, the two columns rising from rectangular music box plinth on gold button feet. Height 26.25 inches.
