“A Massachusetts Federal mahogany shelf clock by Aaron Willard, Boston
with pierced fretwork above a door opening to a kidney shaped white painted dial over “”Aaron Willard, Washington Street, Boston;”” above section with inlaid quarter fans, on bracket feet. C. 1815, 42″”h x 14.5″”w x 6.75″”d Eight day movement in functioning condition, needs cleaning, rubushing & oiling. Clock face & hands appear original. Roman numerals appear to have been touched up, minor repair needed on minute wheel. Case finish in outstanding condition, crack on left side of case was repaired years ago (and is not visible from the front.) Case is sturdy and glass appears to be original.”
