1840 Federal triple decker shelf clock, fiddleback and flame mahogany, “Forestville Manufact’ng Co., Bristol, Conn”, original label, wooden dial, wooden movement, full turned classical columns, acanthus carved capitols, ogee pilasters, turned ball feet, well done basket and scrolled acanthus leaf carved crest with rosettes, 38″t, 18″w, 6″d. Good old finish/condition, veneer chips near ivory escutcheons.
