Sitzendorf porcelain four seasons clock

late 19th century

The shaped case with flower encrusted decoration, applied with four cherubs emblematic of the seasons, underglaze blue mark.
H: 14 in.

From the collection of Marie Evans, Alexandria, Virginia

Condition report

Condition: -bushel damaged and repaired, nursed by front cherub.
-large leaf missing from left rear side.
-clock not working.
-no key is present.
-Blue sitzendorf mark to interior of rear foot.
-circa 1880
