Mantel clock of gilt metal, circular clock frame surmounted by shield and weapons, blue porcelain face with Roman numerals on white reserves, flanked by a figure in robes and armor, resting on a gilt metal pedestal with scroll details and inset porcelain panels, 14 1/2″t., 13″w., along with a pair of garnitures, vasiform porcelain centers with hand-painted figural reserves on bright blue ground, mounted on gilt metal standards supported by gilt metal pedestal-form platforms with scrolling details and inset porcelain panels, the vases surmounted by gilt metal candle sockets that can be inverted to reveal gilt metal finials, 12 3/4″t. Condition: wear to gilding, minor scratching to figural reserves.
