Meissen Porcelain Persian Style Clock Case and Stand, Germany, c. 1885, probably decorated by Albert Georg Eras, the cobalt ground enameled and gilded with flowers and scrolled foliage, the octagonal shape set on four bun feet, the sloping top set with a two handled urn, underglaze scrolled swords mark and incised number 815, overall ht. 18 7/8 in.

Condition report

Condition: First quality marks. Clock ht. 16 1/4 in.; stand ht. 2 3/4 in.
Slight chip to socle of urn finial.
Stand with two edge chips and a crescent shaped glaze hairline near one corner.
