Henry Marc, Paris Porcelain Clock: time and bell striking movement numbered 20319. Strikes the half hour also. The movement and the 3″ dial are both signed. The case is fancy floral painted and gold trimmed.
(It wants to run, but the pendulum wobbles. There is no glass front. The porcelain dial is chipped by the strike key slot.)
