FRENCH PORCELAIN & GILT-METAL-MOUNTED CLOCK GARNITURE

19th c.

The vase-form clock surmounted by a sphinx and with grotesque mask handles, the sides molded in relief with foliage and painted with a seated figure in a wooded landscape, the similarly decorated candelabra surmounted by four scroll candle arms and fleur-de-lys finials. Clock H: 22 1/2 in., candelabra H: 25 in.
