French 19th Century Porcelain Time & Strike Clock: the colorful case with a man and woman on one side was marked and made by Marx Eugene Claus of Paris. The movement is numbered 1538 and has a gong striker. The dial is 4″ wide.

(The dial has a chip and faint fracture lines. Both of the ladies hands have some damage. The clock winds okay, but has no pendulum. One finger on the mans left hand is gone.)
