A Royal Vienna porcelain clock with blue underglaze ‘Beehive’ mark. The base is with central images of Mars on front and Diana on the reverse. The panels and dome decorated with allegorical floating cherubs, a time only clock movement with brass dial having blue enamel roman numerals. Measures 17.25 x 7 x 7 inches. Images of five underglaze blue ‘beehive’ marks throughout the interior of this clock are available. An image of the movement is available as well.
Condition report
Very fine condition without damage, repair or heavy wear of any kind, mild wear to the corners and edges of both gold trim on the porcelain areas and on the metal work finish. The dome has absolutely not been damaged or restored.
