Viennese Neoclassical mantel clock 19th century
white stone bust cresting sweeping ebonized top above shaped wood form with Neoclassical carved giltwood and metal applied decoration with round gilt metal clock face with putti in relief, above stone columnar supports creating stage platform with mirrored back and parquetry inlay, on molded footed base; clockworks cover stamped: Alex. Grosz Wien; with grand sonnerie three-train movement. (Repairs, wear consistent with age)

Condition report

Condition Report: Good restored condition, wear consistent with age. Finial repaired, chip to one bell. Repair to base of far left column. Few shrinkage cracks to veneer of wood. Repainting to curtains between columns. Repair to inlaid marquetry floor.
