The Eight Day Movement Having a Silk Suspension and Outside Countwheel, Striking the Hours & Half Hours on a Bell. The Backplate is Stamped with the Trademark of the Famous Maker Pons, Celebrating the Award of his Medaille d’Or in 1827, Dating this Clock to Circa 1830. Beautifully Appointed Bronze Case with Hissing Snake, Ancanthus Leaves, Garlands, Swags, Flowers, and Winged Cherubs Supports. One of the Finest Cases this Gallery Has Seen in Long While.
