Seth Thomas “Carson” Mantel Clock, Thomaston, Connecticut, c. 1880 with sheet brass case, nickeled sides and top, gilt ornamentation on crest and base, bronzed columns flanking the alligatored panel matting a 4 in. dia. enameled dial with Roman numerals and marked Seth Thomas, eight-day time and strike movement with pendulum, ht. 14 1/2 in.
