Samuel Marti, Paris, Brass-Enframed Beveled Glass Mantel Clock, fourth quarter 19th century, of the “carriage” type, fitted with a circular white enamel dial with black chapters in the Aesthetic taste, retains the period double-mercury tube pendulum, the backplate with the Marti “Medaille d’Or” touchmark, h. 9-1/2″, w. 6″, d. 5″.
