NEOCLASSICAL WALNUT MANTEL CLOCK, 19TH C., H 28″, W 15″, ORMOLU MOUNTS:English. Having ormolu mounts and a beveled glass door revealing a brass dial with porcelain chapter ring and hour numerals. Surrounded by applied ornamentation in the guise of cherub faces, topped by three subsidiary dials. The brass works stamped “18826 M.B.” (see photo). Measures H.28″ x 15″ x 10 1/2″.
