Circa 1900 French Japy Freres 8 Day Mantel Clock with 4.5″ Unusual variegated dial with open escapement, Circular spring driven brass movement with gong strike, Variegated onyx mantel clock with applied gilt cast Roman figures and an owl above dial. Dial signed A. Stowell & Company, Boston.. Good condition with minor flaws, replaced rear movement cover and flaking at base. Needs cleaning. 10″H x 11″W x 5.5″D
