Gilbert Clock Company, Connecticut, Walnut Mantel Clock, third quarter 19th century, carved and brass-mounted in the Renaissance Revival style, the dial of embossed and gilded brass, and the pendulum of gilded brass, retaining the period steel and brass winding key, the reverse of the case with the remnants of a Gilbert Clock Company printed paper label, h. 21-1/2″, w. 12-3/4″, d. 4-3/4″.
