French Time & Bell Strike Mantel Clock: the case is an early form of plastic like material in marbleized colors of red and black with engraved and painted decoration. The movement is numbered 7490. The case is ormolu mounted with a floral decorated 3 1/2″ dial.
(It has the wrong pendulum, some of the metal ornaments look repainted.
