French Mantel Clock and Garniture, Dufand, Paris, second half 20th century, brass champleve case with a variety of decorative elements including columns, scrollwork and a pair of reclining cherubs, pierced brass dial with applied enameled numerals, eight-day brass time and strike movement marked Dufand, Paris, (no working accuracy statement available), and a pair of five-arm candelabra, ht. 23 1/2 in.;
(movement stamped “Dufand, Paris 264” and “Paris Make”)Most case parts are brass with some decorative elements gilded cast bast metal.
