French Mantel Clock, 19th c., a gilt cast metal clock topped w/a reading putti is set upon a heavily gilded gesso base, the clock’s dial is painted porcelain and is flanked by two hand painted porcelain insets depicting putti, a third hand painted panel is below, the back is impressed w/an illegible maker’s mark; minor chipping to base, some fraying of fabric on base, 14.5″h x 12″w x 5″d Est. 400-600
