French bronze and marble mantel clock, c.1880, with pair of matching candelabra. Clock- 22″h.x17.5″w., candelabra- 22″h.
Condition report
Clock- does not appear to run, but does strike, gong disconnected, there is a pendulum-not know if original, small chip to tight rear edge of marble base, backplate missing. Candelabra- missing some prisms, one bobeche is replaced. Both pieces are dirty, they are indeed bronze-most definitly not pot or spelter metal. See photo of movement marks.
