The paneled frieze decorated in relief with figure and laurel wreaths surmounted by a figure of a French soldier standing beside a cannon and flag raised on anthemion cast ogee molded rectangular base and conforming bracket feet. H: 27, W: 19, Dia: 6 1/2 in.
