Dore Bronze Figural Mantel Clock, France, circa 1830, with seated female figure holding a rose, 3 1/2 in. dia. engine-turned silvered dial with Roman numerals, Breguet-type blued steel hands, eight-day time and strike movement with count-wheel strike and silk thread suspension marked on the back plate 4914, all on a raised pediment with leafage, scrolls and a serpent, ht. 18 1/2 in.
