Stamped 1933, 2nd, with silverplated figure of a man racing in a speedboat on top, label in back marked E. Ingraham Co. Bristol, Conn. USA, 12″H x 8″W x 4″D. Minor surface dirt and the figure on top is tarnished slightly.
