19th century French mantel clock, set in fine quality ormulae case with cast figures of girl with goat and cherub surrounded by ‘c’ scrolls, grape and vine leaf decoration. The clock has an 8-day movement with locking plate striking mechanisim, the dial with porcelain Roman numerals, trefoil hands and fitted bezel with glass, height 41cm.
