Dial has a silvered chapter ring, black Roman numerals and Fleur-de-lis half hour markers, sub seconds dial and inset calendar dial, pierced black hands, figural spandrels; signed dial plaque on crest of dial reads William Jourdain – London. Early, time and strike 2 weight brass movement, strikes on a single bell, brass cased weights and pendulum bob with steel stick. Empire mahogany case with figural brass mounts and gilt carved trim; 99 in. high.
